office@nefta.info. This does not include the reissue of certificates, which must be picked up in person and requires your signature. This carries an administration fee. Some certification bodies will request that you deal with them individually.
We will request that you identify yourself with an acceptable form of ID before we divulge any information. The information that we hold will not be sold, but given to the relevant authorities we must inform for certification purposes.
The information held can be used by the relevant authorities including Nefta if there is suspicion of
fraudulent activity.
